Cognizant Process Executive interview questions

I had a phonecall interview with an HR after submitting my cv online. Following this, I had a VC interview with the hiring manager and another HR. Everything was straightforward and I got an offer in the following week

The designation was process executive for non voice process, they were 4 rounds 1. Aptitude test 2. Jam 3. Operational round (i.e HR round) 4. Typing test Waiting period is too long and they are no responsible person to whom should we talk or ask the details. Overall rounds was good , I got selected asked me to submit the documents next day. The next day when I submitted the documents ,they said the details of package and shift timings, it was very wrong proces, they should tell about package before documents submission like the people who don't like , can move it and the one is ok with the offer can proceed for documents submission. I dont like the package at all and it's too low .
