It was very easy and anyone with basic fundamentals knowledge can clear it with ease.
Focus on OOPs concepts, some basic data structures and basic codes like pattern printing, sorting, factorial etc

Conducted by Cognizant panel (usually virtual)

Basic DSA (for GenC Elevate roles)
May include code writing or verbal logic explanation
