Cognizant Programme Analyst interview questions

Online test is based on verbal reasoning , Analytical, number theory and reading comprehension Technical discussion is based on java,c and oops HR discussion mostly as formal discussion and if you clear above two rounds 90% you will be selected

First step of clearing the interview was an aptitude test, which I cracked successfully, from my college around 120 of them cleared aptitude test. After aptitude test, I was interviewed for technical knowledge. After entering the room, I greeted the interviewer, then he asked regarding my hobbies, and subject of interest. I stated DS and Algo so he asked me questions from DS and algorithms, Questions he asked me were, what is heap, what is heap sort, what is merge sort, what is bubble sort. What is advantage of linked list over array. After this he asked me few questions from SQL query and normalisation. Since I answered everything correctly I was sent to HR round and they had few general questions and they were asking the same to everyone, the questiond were, How was your day, why do you want to join cognizant, are you willing to relocate, how will company benefit by recruiting you.
