Interview was fair, medium level of difficulty. Interviewer was mainly checking the communication skill and willingness to work hard. Knowledge of the core subjects of majors( In my case Java, C, C++ since I am Computer Science engineer)

After Job Training:
But remember there is a training which u need to clear, after selected (BEWARE) an exit model
But DUMPS(Programs asked in the exam during training) will be available easily ask trainers, seniors,batch owners
6 days working during training, if u are outside work location no home during training
Batch owners are like emperors there.
Totally 3 to 4 exams u need to clear each with 3 attempts.cut-off 70/100, 69.5 is also considered
If u fail in anyone of these they will show you the gate with two month notice pay close to 45k.
I am one of them , I failed in C# with 68.63
SQL exam is very pathetic , if you write queries e-box(a tool to write exam)(a devil box) will result in low marks, try to clear in first attempt
Put your best effort on that from day 1.

The on-campus hiring involves company to come to the colleges for a 2-day recruitment drive. First day involves Aptitude Tests. Those who clear that round move on to technical interview for the next day. On the very same day if someone clears Technical round they are called for HR round.
