Cognizant Programme Analyst interview questions

we have two rounds after clearing written test . technical interview . HR interview . as part of technical round they are asking basics of C language ,puzzles ,permutation and combination .IQ questions . Hr is really cool .we just had casual talk . they will ask you that are you ready to work in chennai . i said yes . i am in .

I applied the interview through mail and attended an interview on February 6 2016 and finished the technical discussion and got selected. HR discussion also went on the same day at 6 PM. Then they said with two weeks of time, I will get offer but still now I didn't get any offers. I followed upon the teams in HR, but they are not responding properly , they are escalating to some other persons.
