Cognizant Programme Analyst interview questions

3 rounds of interview, first with manager, second with senior manager and third with HR. Once done, HR would share compensation.Telephonic interview, 3 rounds technical. Offer sent through fedex. No in person interview in Canada.Had a brief discussion about the known technology skills and some personality related questions. The overall process was smooth. The interview happened in the university campus and got the offer on the same day.

Campus interview occurred in college (St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology) where recruiters from the company came and interviewed us. The whole process took a day and the entire college took part in the process. Interview took place when I was in third year. Majority of the students were hired and offer letters were given. Joining letters would come later after passing out.
