Cognizant Programme Analyst interview questions

Telephone interviews with multiple levels of hiring representatives. Asked basic process and behavioral type questions. Since I was being an experienced hire, the interview questions were more related to specific DWH project. I had 1 HR and 1 Technical Interview, which was well planned and scheduled. The whole process took 1 weeks time, from scheduling to accepting offer. Very friendly and polite interviewers.

One round of Aptitude and one round of interview. It was on campus process. We were around 4000 candidates and they selected around 375 members and I was one among them.
