1. I have applied through Naukri and HR from CTS called me and scheduled my interview on March 1st 2014 2. Actually it was a Walk In and around 200 members attended for testing

Started with an online test. Ther results were declared withing 3 days and we were called for the technical interview and HR. In technical interview they asked basic questions related to our expertise language and our projects. Be confident and have a smile on your face always. Cleared the technical and was called for HR. Be confirdent. They check you for good communication skills and your confidence and your performance under pressure situations. Aptitude verbal and LR was easy. Prepare well for technical. HR os a formality.
