Interview
The hiring process was standard and as normal as all other companies in india adopt . We had to upload resume on the company website, then If the resume is selected we will get a call to attend the aptitude test and If we are selected we will be invited for the interview . Normally the interview process consisted of group discussion , technical skills interview and finally interview by the HR executive. If we are selected we will get a formal offer letter from the company by email .

Hired 300 students from my college. There were two rounds: written aptitude and Interview.Toppers didn't have to face written round. Only direct interview. Aptitude was a breeze apparently. Interview could be only HR or only technical or both . Cannot predict as it depends on the interviewer and there were around 20 of them.

Interview
I was interviewed for about 40 minutes.They asked me questions realting to DBMS,C,Software engineering.I was asked about my hobbies. When i told that I read novels.I was asked about my favourite novel.Then I was asked to tell what I liked most in the protagonist of that novel.She asked many questions about my project.I was asked to draw screen shots.They were very friendly.
