They will ask very basic programming questions and about the final year project.any one programming language is enough.they cam ask you to code programming questions on string or arrays. interview duration was 20-50 minutes.

Not much technical just basic projects knowledge will be sufficient and you don't have coding rounds in interview prepare for good communication and explain your internship work as good as possible
