Cognizant Programmee Analyst interview questions

First Round consists of an aptitude test. It is divided into 3 sections. English- It includes comprehensions, synonym,antonym,grammar. Quant. Logical. Second round is the technical round. Focuses on object oriented concepts and some basic coding. Third round is the HR round.

I joined in 2011 at CTS Chennai through campus placement. I had 3 placement three steps. My role was Visual Designer, so the interview steps were more design oriented. The first step was Aptitude with almost 100 multiple choice questions. Most of the questions were maths and logical type of questions. From this they selected the best scored candidates for the second interview step which is a Practical test. For the second test I was asked to design an Advertisement in photoshop within 1 or 1 and half hours. Then they selected the best designs and asked them to wait for the third step. FOr me third step was on the next day. It was a face-to-face interview with 1 manager, 1 senior employee and 1 HR.
