Cognizant Programmee Analyst interview questions

Simple and straight forward process lasting typically about 45 minutes. Interview also tested my technical knowledge and my motivational skills. Was a casual conversation more than a formal interview. Since it was my first professional interview, I was slightly nervous. But, as the interview progressed I was in my comfort zone.

2 technical,initially and then 1 functional. another hr round which was normal. the process was good and screen almost 400 employees. they took whole day and we were waiting most of the time.
