The Cognizant interview process consists of four rounds. The first three rounds are conducted online, while the final HR round is held offline.
The first round is an aptitude test with moderate-level questions. The second round focuses on communication skills and is relatively easy. This is followed by the technical round, which includes two coding questions, two SQL questions, and one UI-based question — all of which are also easy.
The final HR round primarily focuses on Java and SQL, and it is also easy to manage.
