Cognizant Programmer Analyst Trainee interview questions

Based on my experience it was strict, smooth & interesting. Questions were tricky and slightly hard. They normally focus on candidate's fluency, confidence & ability to tackle difficult situations. Most importantly they look for agility!

Basic aptitude test. Qualifying candidates get interviewed. Easy interview. One person in the interview panel. Interview begins with HR questions- tell me about yourself, your goal, where do you see yourself in 5 years, your inspiration etc. Technical Questions on OOPs concepts, data structures, basic networking concepts.
