aptitude, techical interview and hr interview, clearing apti was easy , but technical interview was tricky one.please refresh your basics before going for the technical interview. if you are clearing the technical interview then half the battle is won. after that the hr round was fairly easy. you need to tackle the answers in a diplomatic way. but i think if you are clearing the technical round you will easily clear the HR round as they mostly take the one who has cleared the technical round

Hiring was through Amcat. The Process took 2 weeks First on 10th feb 2014, i got a mail regarding online exam through amcat at gl bajaj, greater noida. After that on 12th feb i again got a mail that you have successfully cleared the written exam and your Technical & Hr interview is scheduled on 14th feb. On 14th feb i cleared both rounds and on 20th Feb i received my joining letter. That's all about the cognizant recruitment process.
