the recruitment consist of an aptitude test and two interviews.............
about aptitude..............it consists of three sections verbal(25 qns), quant(16 qns) and logical(14 qns).it was online test and we may take 3 minutes break after each section.the questions were simple ,the main constraint was time.we got only one minute for each qn...and we couldn't review previous qns and we couldn't move into next qn without answering the current qn.the aptitude result came in the evening and about one third of the participants cleared the aptitude.
the next round was technical interview...and it was in the next day itself. the interview was just to test our confidence.first they asked me to tell about myself.then they ask qns from our areas of interest...........we should study our resume thoroughly......it's better to write resume honestly.....so we can answer any qn from our resume...then there are qns from company profile.
the final round was HR.the hr asked me whether am I flexible ,ready to take night shift etc..
