Cognizant Programming Analyst Trainee interview questions

Very easy and simple... Not very technical for freshers.. It was basic background and interest based questions. Could probably ask IT related questions if from an IT background. Since it was a direct campus interview for me, i faced very normal questions only. Did not ask about compensation and benifits expectations

It was brief as it was a walk in.They had and IQ test thereafter a technical round and that if you cleared it there was a HR round. The basic technical round was short and that also depends upon the interviewer.
