The hiring process was very streamlined with a general aptitude test on the first day after which short-listed candidates were called for further interviews. There were 2 interview rounds - one, technical in front of a panel of project leads/managers and the second was a one-on-one with the HR manager. There was also a written personality test before the HR interview.
