Interview
Firstly online application followed by screening on basis of requirement and skills in resume then followed by aptitude test which assesses logical reasoning, analytical skills, and other relevant abilities. Then proceed with technical discussion by a panel of technical experts who evaluate the candidate's knowledge and problem-solving skills in their area of expertise.If the candidate performs well in the technical interview, they proceed to the HR interview round. The HR interview is typically focused on assessing the candidate's cultural fit, communication skills, and understanding of the company's values. Considering the performance of candidate in all aspects they will release the offer letter.

Before the interview of cognizant, we first had an aptitude test then coding test followed by communication test as final round. The interview was of average difficulty level. I was asked questions about object oriented programming concepts: inheritance, constructor, etc
