Cognizant Project Manager interview questions

Applied online and it never got attention. Applied through one of my friend and it got never attention and applied through recruiting agency it got immediate attention and the best part is its for the same job at the same client. One of the project manager interviewed and first question is are you fine reporting to me then you will be considered for further discussion. I thanked him for giving this opportunity.

There were multiple interview as two were from Hiring agency and subsequently one technical/management with employeer and one more with HR all on phone. After that one more intreview one on one with Manager. Questions were partly technical, more of my past experience and global resource management. There were few points related to behaviour and giving example for if - what type of situation.
