Cognizant Quality Engineer interview questions

They ghosted me after my pre-recorded interview. It's been more than a month since then and I've still gotten no response from the recruiter who I'd originally talked to when setting up the interview. I understand that the pandemic makes it harder to interview people, but pre-recorded interviews are just so impersonal. Also, they used Talview which uses AI and facial recognition to analyze your behavior for the recruiter. Not only is this incredibly biased, but it just further shows how little the company actually cares about its applicants as individuals. Overall, a giant waste of my time.
