Cognizant Senior Manager interview questions

Series of phone interviews and face to face. Did several Skype interviews. Drove to meet my ultimate boss in a hotel lobby near his home in a city a few hours from where I live. Interviewed all the way up to the head of Cognizant Business Consulting. Once interviews were finally complete, decision was pretty quick.

1. cognizant Recruiter calls to check experience and relevancy to the position 2. Technical discussion/ Interview for senior Manager -Solution architect role. or Project Management related experience if its for project or Program Management. this round is taken by Sr. Manager or Associate Director. 3. second round - high level, role expectation etc. by Associate director. 1 role up. 4. HR round
