Cognizant Senior Systems Engineer interview questions

In cognizant my tenure was divided into two projects, first one with Union Bank of Switzerland where I was part of Global production services team responsible for maintaining the connectivity 24/7. My day-to-day activities included configuring the switches, setting up DNS servers, user management and reporting these to the highest level. Every day for 3 different time zones a separate draft was prepared which included the issues, resolution and root cause for these issues and circulated to different verticals of the organisation.

Tough & gruelling at times. Company has excellent technical resources to screen multiple levels, The HR round can be negotiated depending on the urgency of the requirement. There isnt much room for negotiations for lateral folks coming over from Investment banks as the salaries cant be matched.
