first process is online test, -> do well, study the basic concepts second is online interview -> some technical and general questions were asked interview level is medium and easily crackable

interview was schedule on weekday after noon. first interview is regarding salary and project allocation(cognizant has more than 1000 project) . second interview was most difficult because technical interview. third interview was after you join the company by the senior team member inside the project allocated.
