Cognizant Software Developer interview questions

I was contacted by Cognizant for an Interview. I passed the technical process, then another interview with the actual client (a Bank), i passed the interview too and the client presented offer a contract offer to Cognizant. This role was was supposed to be "CONTRACT" termed based on the initial agreement but this cunning company (Cognizant) attempted to switch this role to a PERMANENT FULLTIME with them. So, I Declined.
