I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Neu-Delhi)
Interview
I got shortlisted for the interview. Which went pretty well for the most part. Except for a few questions which I explained and the interviewer disagreed and said they were wrong answers and then told me the "solution". Some questions, I had encountered in a previous interview so I had learned the answers. So I was delighted when he asked me a couple of the same questions. I answered them confidently to which he said that's not how we do it. He said, "Frankly I'm not even sure your answer is correct." Really? How are you even an interviewer? He was looking for key words instead of listening to my answers. I looked up the answers after the interview as I didn't clear the technical interview and the concept I had explained to him with some examples were right. It just didn't match the words from whatever website he got the question from. Frankly I'm glad I don't have to work under these kinds of mindless corporate cogs who still think memorization matters more that knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cognizant (Bengaluru) in Jan 2015
Interview
Total 3 round of interview .2 technical round and 1 hr round. Technical rounds are easy asking abt basic questions like oops concept. some basic programming like prime no .

I registered for their off campus drive , the process took whole day. My interview was not so good as the interviewer was also in hurry as I was interviewed last in that drive and I got rejected .
