Cognizant Software Developer interview questions

It was a campus placement, so consisted of a written aptitude exam followed by the interview process. It took 2 days for the whole process. The questions were based on the skills mentioned in the Resume and also related to the major project performed in college.

It can 3 hours for document verifications All sem marksheets, 10th 12th marksheets , original and photocopy 3-4 photographs etc, Then there was a GD which was not a proper gd round everyone was asked to speak on a topic, everyone equally good and boom no one was selected and everyone may leave. Still in doubt why did n't returned 4 photographs and copies of markaheets.
