It starts with written exam with aptitude and technical questions. Then Group Discussion. if you clear this then you face two rounds of technical interview. Final one is HR. If you are lucky enough, you will get a call

The process consisted of 4 stages. 1. Online test (1 hr)- Conducted by mettl, consists of 10-15 aptitude and verbal questions along with 45 technical questions and an essay. Should attempt all sections. 2.Group discussion- Topic is usually a mix of general and technical things. They look for technical knowledge along with the ability to converse in a group. Need not speak too much, even 3-4 valid points would do. 3.Technical interview-(Probably the hardest part) I appeared for GET-Mechanical. Questions were mostly from machine design, strength of materials( SFD, BMD, Beam design etc) and the projects which i did. They check if you have strong basics in each area. For some people, fluids were also asked. This round lasted about 20 min. 4.HR interview- Just the usual hr stuff, strengths, weakness, introduce yourself etc. This round was hardly 5 min long.
