Collins Aerospace Intern interview questions

They really just wanted to know I was passionate about the role more than anything. I was asked about my technical expertise briefly and I was told that it didn't matter if it wasn't as much as others because they knew I would be open to learning a lot while on the job. I actually went into it as an informational interview I requested about the company and the person ended up hiring me for the position on the spot. Very kind and honest. A great experience.
