I applied online. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (New Haven, CT) in Mar 2019
Interview
2+ months. Got an email to apply for the position by a recruiter. Spoke to the recruiter. Lots of tough questions. A month later get called randomly by another recruiter. Same company and position but asking to set up a time with the hiring manager. The call went smooth. Get called 6 days later for an onsite 3 days before the scheduled interview 400 miles away. I want the role badly so I drive down. The interview went well. Very well. 15 days later I get rejected. Happy day :)
