Interview
I applied for a position as a Program Manager and within 30 minutes received an email requesting a phone interview. The interview went well. We discussed the position, responsibilities, and the company as a whole. We also discussed my background and my aspirations; why I was wanting to join the Collins team. The interview was completely professional and I was impressed. Unfortunately, my availability did not fit the timeline for when the position needed to be filled, but I was asked to reach back out as soon as I can.

Since this position is an independent position and no direct reporting to you, describe a time where you had to manage a project where it required coordination of internal and external logistics to complete the project. If you ran into roadblocks, or even if you didnt, describe how you handled the situation.
Long interview process. Took about 3 months and 3 different interviews. Straight forward questions. Not trying to trick you. Basic STAR questions. First "interview" is self recorded which is odd but if you get past that it is with actual people

Interview
It is a slow process. It starts with a call or virtual meeting and (if you make it to the final round) face-to-face. The interviewers are very professional and respectful. It felt more like a dialogue than an interview. I was impressed and very appreciative of their feedback.

Had a first stage interview after a positive screening call from the internal recruitment team. Was ghosted after the interview, no feedback despite following up with the recruiter.
Interviewers turned up late and did not seem interested. Very unprofessional experience.
