I applied online. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Cedar Rapids, IA) in Jan 2021
Interview
I received an invitation to do a one-way video interview through HireVu (the first step in the hiring process). The process itself wasn't too difficult (just some multiple-choice questions and 3 video response questions) but the interview felt kind of awkward because I wasn't talking to a real person and the responses have a time limit. There's also no way of asking any questions about the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked for an introduction about yourself and how your skills fit the position.
Almost entirely behavioral, with simple questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "How would you improve a manufacturing process". Try not to ramble on too much but have thoughtful answers.

If something went wrong in the manufacturing line how would you tackle it?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace
Interview
Started off with introductions, moved onto describe personal projects, then they described a little about what they do and what team they were a part of, and we finished with questions.
