I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collins Aerospace (Cincinnati, OH) in Sep 2019
Interview
I had two interviews. The first interview was at my colleges career fair with 3 interviewers, this was a very standard interview with no real technical questions. The second interview was over the phone with people from the site, again nothing overly technical was asked.

Question 1
Why are you different, how do you differ from others interviewing?
Very nice people. Took a tour of the facility, and they were genuinely interested in my background and asked questions to get to know me better. Interviewed with 5 people and they mostly asked me about my previous work experience.

I met with a recruiter beforehand and they connected me with managers looking to hire. The managers asked me basic questions. The interview was very quick and they were quick to get back to me with an offer. Overall the experience was very quick and harmless.
