Applied and received a call (or email) regarding interview times. I met with direct supervisor and the previous position holder. Both were very nice and answered all of my questions and told me lots about the position.

I had two 15-minute phone screens with team leadership and a virtual panel interview with three team leaders. It was a very pleasant experience; everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Panel interviews can be challenging for me, as I feel I don't always have enough time to connect with each person as I would in a one-on-one setting due to time constraints. While I did not receive an offer, I received direct communication and encouragement from one of the hiring managers. As someone who works in recruiting and talent acquisition, my candidate experience in this instance was very positive. I plan on keeping an eye on Collins for future opportunities.
