Interview
US Recruiter arrived 15 mins late into 30 minute Interview. No apology.
Recruiter stated they had not read the CV, asked to see it in the interview.
Asked 3 basic questions.
Recruiter stated a 2nd interview would likely be the following week. No interview scheduled, no follow-up and has not responded to multiple emails requesting an update.
Application still states "under review" on the careers website 6 to 8 weeks later.
Embarrassingly bad experience, worst I have ever experienced.
Call with the HR rep to discuss the role. Told I would be set up to interview with the hiring manager within the next week. Never heard back even after sending multiple e-mails and leaving a voicemail.
Very specific to resume not behavioral. At the beginning they asked "tell us about yourself". Interviewers were inexperienced. The interviewer went through the position requirements and asked how I can contribute to each of the job requirements.
