I went through a phone screening and two interviews, each with different people. The first interview was very relaxed and getting to know my work ethic and personality. The second and third were more skill based questions and applicable.

Completely virtual, pre recorded questions although it was a nice way to apply quickly there was no personal experience and I did not hear back any feedback which would have been nice.

What is an experience that you have had that you think has better prepared you for this job?
3 step process involving a few different criteria. THere was a technical CAD test on sheet metal design. Overall a good interbiew with good info on the job. They were helpful in answering questions about the day to day.
