Collins Aerospace interview questions

Terrible assessment day. Sat next to a very rude recruiter who seemed like he did not want to be there. Team manager came in and only spoke to specific people. Interviewers did not seem interested. During group exercise, assessor could not be bothered to take notes. Not surprisingly, never obtained a reply (no rejection email), despite emailing twice. Terrible experience for a company that claims to be diverse and inclusive.

It was pretty easy. Just be confident about your resume and show you are a team player. Apply to all positions you think you can fit because you will learn it all.
