Collins Aerospace interview questions

The first step was the online questionnaire. After a month I was contacted by email by a third party (Randstad) contractor who did the initial screening. She was 40 minutes late for the appointment and was on the phone for the majority of the process. After another month, I was contacted by the hiring manager for a phone screen. I was not comfortable at all, as I was asked illegal questions about marital status, if I was a parent and what type of house I lived in. Nothing had to do with the job at all. Three weeks later, I was contacted for an in person interview on the property. The receptionists at the front desk seemed distracted and the interview was a panel. These individuals were distracted and unprepared. One was texting most of the time. The other kept looking at the wall. After over a month, no contact despite reaching out to them.
