Collins Aerospace interview questions

I got referral from a friend and then interviewed with 2 Engineers. They didn't ask any technical questions, but were more concerned about people using some Microsoft Project Management tool that most good companies don't use.

Very thorough interview process to ensure candidates are a good fit for the position, work requirements, and company. All interviews were virtual. Initial contact was made by a corporate recruiter and phone screening took place with this person. The next step in the interview process was an interview with the hiring manager, followed by several interviews with the department head as well as a peer of that person.
