Behavior based questions…”give me a specific example when….” Associated with leadership skills like business judgement, strategic vision, employee engagement, difficult conversations, leading change etc. often 2-3 people panel or back to back individual interviews.

Good interview, fully behavioral. Mostly S.T.A.R based. The recruiter was friendly and took a lot of time reviewing my words and resume. Was offered a position at the end of the interview.
