Conduent Bilingual Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was simple but weird. I had gotten a text message from an out of state number asking me when I would be able to have an interview, and to look out for my email; which I never received one. I finally text back the number, the recruiter schedules an interview, and then that's when I have the interview.. Questions are simple and asked about your experience, why you're a good candidate, and what your availability is.
