I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conduent (Henderson, NC) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied online through an online ad. I was called and then asked to come in for testing and orientation. When I arrived I was brought into a classroom with several others and had to fill out tax forms, identification forms, etc on a computer assigned to me. I then completed a series of basic computer skills tests . Tests and paperwork took less than 2 hrs to complete. I then sat down with a manager and she told me I was hired and what my training class schedule would be and my job assignment. I started training class roughly a month later. I was told I would have to complete a drug test but I never did.

Question 1
I wasn't asked any interview questions. I was told when my training would start and asked if I would be available. I was hired immediately.

Interview
I was contacted by email by HR out of the country. The contact phone number was nonfunctional, the email was obviously a cut & paste from multiple files, and the amount of typos was insane. A job "offer" was made with no information on filling out of paperwork to be paid. I had to reach out to three different departments to find out if the job was real.
