Conduent CSR interview questions

Meet for one hour and basically they ask a few good questions but one can tell the interviewers are under a command to hire bodies. The recruiters are very good at their job if given the opportunity to truly practice solid interviewing skills.

The interviewing process was through a third party company. I applied and called the third party company. They invited me to an interview. The interview questions were really a review of the experience that I had. The recruiter continued to advise more details on what the confident role entailed. Afterwards, he asked if I was interested in the position. I was advised that I would do a drug screening on site, which I’ve done. I was advised that it may take a couple of days for the background check to come back. I was sent a job offer via email a couple of days later.
