Conduent Chat Agent interview questions

When I first arrived at Conduent, I first spoke with the security guards. Informed security that I had and interview with Heather. They then told me to have a seat, she would be with me shortly. Heather then called my name! I spoke with her for a short while, took four different test. One typing, one questionnaire, and one verbal. After I completed those tests, I went back to speak with Heather where I then learned that I had passed!
