Conduent Customer Experience Associate interview questions

Very easy questions, straight forward. Background check not too bad & the process was fast getting an offer… the rest of the onboarding however was very unorganized and things ended up not getting done.

Interview is very nice and they make you feel very comfortable to talk. They ask a lot of examples from previous jobs or previous moments of your life that you experienced something (EX: give an example of a moment when you had to go above and beyond)
