Conduent Customer Service CSR interview questions

Fairly easy. Video interview with just one person, lasted about 30 minutes. used the zoom to conduct interview. Went over the job description and then a few situational questions as well as behavioral questions.

The interview process was two parts, one with a hiring manager where you are tested on basic tech knowledge and memory skills, and another where they test your typing speed and accuracy. They are fairly lenient and it was an overall easy process.
