Conduent Customer Service interview questions

Very easy. I was hired on the spot. Communication with my Recruiter was very poor. It took a week to hear anything back. I was suppose to receive my equipment in the mail and Friday came and I still hadn't received anything. I had to email multiple people to even get a response and was suppose to start training on Monday. I ended up getting an email on Monday saying my training class had been cancelled and that I could reapply. I was even told to put in a 2 week notice with my current job, which I did. Now I don't have a job period because of this company.

Very Easy and formal type of questions were asked and were easy to answer. The question were asked about the past experience and why those opportunities were left behind. The last question was why i need this position.
