Conduent Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

After creating your profile and adding your resume, applying for jobs is easy. Interviews were short and to the point. About a week to get your background done. Didn't really get a heads up that I got the job until I got an email a few weeks later saying that my equipment has shipped and this is the start date for training. Never talked to anyone until training.

Interview process is in three stages. First a written assessment, second verbal assessment and finally the interview with two hiring agents. It is a lengthy process, I passed all the assessments but I was not accepted after the interview, which caused me confusion. Recruiters are very kind.
