Asked several questions pertaining to how I'd respond to scenarios. What was the worst customer service experience, best customer service experience. Three words to describe me. These question a were asked during a phone screen and reiterated a little during the in person interview.
It was very simple it took about an hours. Asked about questions regarding past work scenarios and what we did during the issue. Offered a job on spot, and accepted the opportunity. It is 16/hr.

Interview
It was a simple phone interview I was given a job overview and then was asked situational questions it lasted about 30 mins. Then based on my experience I got the job right then.
