I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent (Dothan, AL) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online and within two days was contacted by a recruiter via email to complete an assessment and timed typing tests. Once I completed that I was emailed for a time and date of the pre screening interview with the recruiter. That was basically her telling me about the position. At the end of the interview she set me up for my second interview via webcam. I was asked about my customer service experience and at the end had my final interview set up for the following week. I had my final interview this morning via webcam and 18 mins after the interview ended I received my job offer email.

Question 1
How would I help a customer that I had difficulty understanding?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Conduent (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2023
Interview
When you join the interview you'll be asked to do a speed test with Google Fiber. You'll email the results to the recruiter. For the results you need to have at least 10 download and 3 upload. Then an overview of the company and position will be given. Next, I was asked four interview questions. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer, tell me about a time you gave exceptional customer service, tell me about a time you went above and beyond, and finally, tell me about a time you had to take on something new and how did it turn out(can be unrelated to work). Afterwards, you'll be asked to show your work location. Working from your bedroom is fine. Just make sure the computer isn't set up where someone can look through the window and see what you're doing. I was offered the position on the spot. I interviewed 7/3 with Will F. He was very informative and easy going.
